RARE SET OF 4 MATCHING VICTORIAN ERA CARVED GRIFFINS

Offered in todays Auction is this fabulous set of victorian era carved Griffin supports. These are some of the nicest carved Griffins that we have offered. We are selling these with No Reserve!!!! The detail is of the highest quality. They are carved out of fir or possibly sycamore. All four match identically, all have the flowing mane and the pronounced beard. Each one might have a small scratch or chip. They all have flat supports on the tops and a hole in the bottom. They would be great in any number of applications. Some ideas would be shelf supports, Table legs, Lamps, or just great Sculpture. There is one with a chip to a corner of a flat top support. Each Griffin measures 13" tall.
