THIS IS A REALLY NICE OLD EASTLAKE WALNUT SLIPPER STOOL IN ORIGINAL FINISH WITH NICE CLEAN UPHOLSTERY. THESE WERE USED IN THE 1880s AS FOOTSTOOLS IN PARLORS AND TO KEEP SLIPPERS IN IN THE BEDROOM. MEASURES 21 1/2'' LONG BY 18'' HIGH BY 11'' DEEP. IT IS SOLID AND IN NICE CONDITION AND READY TO USE. OLD PIECES OF VICTORIANA LIKE THIS ARE GETTING HARD TO FIND. Victorian Corinthium Column Oil Lamp with Shade

This is a victorian oil lamp complete with shade. It measures 28 inches tall from bottom to top of funnel and the column is 13 inches tall with a 5.5 inches wide base.
The base is made of brass and the base is stepped. This then makes way for the conrinthium column that is decorated with acanthus leaves at the top and ridges down the column. Above this is a crystal hand cut bowl for the oil with a dimpled design. Then you have the brass gallery with the knob that turns the wick and reads Duplex No. 2. Above this is fitted the clear funnel and then the shade which is a lovely bubble design and in the most lovely pink/mauve colour.
This is all in lovely order with no chips, cracks, breaks at all.

RARE LRGE DUTCH SILVER FIGURAL PERFUME BOTTLE FLASK

A fine 19thc Dutch glass perfume bottle flask with hinged cap. The faceted tapering glass body is fitted silver mounts embossed with figures around the body, and the top of the cap has a village and horse scene. There is a section of silver decoration missing at the top of the central section as can be seen in the images, and a possible repair to the hinge, still a good size unusual piece that still displays very well. The size is approx. 10" long by 2" wide. The silver is stamped with a tiny sword mark on the bottom and top sections. Up for auction is a Matching Set of 2 Very Fine English Sheffield Sterling Silver Sea Shell Form Serving Spoons. The Spoons are part of a Large Collection of Silver and other Fine Quality Estate items up for auction, as you can see in the last pictures.

The Serving Spoons are 2 of the Finest Quality examples we have seen. As you can see the Serving Spoons are Finely decorated on both sides, and have great Sea Shell Form Bowls. The Spoons have also never been monogrammed which is nice. The Spoon are also in Very Fine original condition with no dints, cracks, or repairs. The Spoons are also Very Thick Solid Sterling Silver throughout weighting a Quality 185 grams. The Spoons are also a nice size for practical use measuring 9 inches long, by 2 inches wide. The Spoons are hallmarked for Sheffield Sterling Silver the year 1893, along with the makers mark "HW", which I am sure if a Very Fine period Silversmith with this kind of Quality. Antique English Furniture...Victorian breakfront bookcase in Honduran mahogany, constructed in seven parts: a cornice in three parts, an upper section in three parts, and a one-piece lower section; the upper portion with a straight molded cornice above adjustable shelving enclosed by four glazed doors, the astragals forming two tiers of rectangles rising to a pointed Gothic arch; the lower portion with adjustable shelving enclosed by four cupboard doors, each with a panel surmounted by a flattened round arch; the whole raised on a molded plinth base. Length: 96"; depth at center section: 20-3/4"; height: 105-3/4". England, c. 1840-1845. Appraised at $20,000.

THIS LARGE AND HEAVY CHASED MELON SUGAR BOWL WAS MADE IN LONDON IN 1855 BY CHARLES WALLIS AND IS IN SUPERB CONDITION, WITH NO DAMAGE, REPAIR OR RESTORATION AT ALL. THE DESIGN IS BASED ON THE POPULAR MELON PATTERN BUT IT HAS ORNATE FLORAL CHASING SET AGAINST A MATTED BACKGROUND ON EACH PANEL. THE LOBED DESIGN AND THICK GAUGE MEAN THE BOWL IS VERY ROBUST WHICH ACCOUNTS FOR ITS EXCELLENT CONDITION. THERE ARE NO DINGS OR BRUISES AND NO SIGNIFICANT SCRATCHES ANYWHERE. It has a heavy apron which runs around the perimeter of the table and on the leaves. The table looks great opened or closed. It is a two piece pedestal which will divide in half when you extend the table. If you look closely at the above pictures you will also see casters under the pedestal which help the base slide on the floor. This is a mahogany table imported from Indonesia. ANTIQUE VICTORIAN BOHEMIAN ENGRAVED GLASS BOX CASKET

An antique Bohemian cut to clear glass trinket box or casket decorated with a deeply engraved "spa" view of the Reinstein Castle in Germany. Various geometric patterns mingled with an array of engraved rocailles and scrolling foliate adorn each side of the box, including the bottom. The glass is a rich, amber yellow color and is surrounded by bronze mounts.

Measures 2 7/8" x 2 1/8" x 2 1/2" in height.

ANTIQUE VICTORIAN CARVED BRACKET SHELF *PAIR*, LIONS!

Absolutely spectacular & rare antique English Victorian era hand carved mahogany or walnut wall or bracket shelf PAIR, each as ornate as can be with acanthus accenting and majestic lion heads in deep carved relief! I know I'm not supposed to say this but....WOW! These fantastic old bracket shelves really are hard to find, a pair is pretty near impossible! Each hand carved, both in heavy solid hardwood and both in truly marvelous condition, as you can see! Ornate enough for the most discerning collector, impressive enough for even the most opulent of interior decor! 1870'S VICTORIAN CHANDELIER ~COMPLETE ~

Truly ~STUNNING~ 1870'S VICTORIAN CHANDELIER ~ COMPLETE ~

It burns kerosene but can easily be converted.

I am going to rely on my pictures for the majority of my description,

and do my best to list what I feel are the important features,

but please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.

It measures 35" long and 14" in diameter at it's widest point (the shade).

The body is made up of very intricate filagree brass, and the shade is hand painted milk glass.

There are 44 crystals of which 11 are chipped at the tips. Minor, but they can easily be replaced.

The glass chimney has "MACBETH NO. 356 PEARL GLASS" etched into the top front of it.

Picture #10 shows a chip at the bottom of it, which is about the 1/4 of a #2 pencil eraser.

Pictures #11 and #12 show the kerosene bowl which is also very intricate in design and has * PATD SEP. 20 1870 *

C 1875 AMERICAN ORIGINAL GLASS HARDWARE LOCKS WITH KEY!

At eight feet tall, this is an absolutely pristine American antique solid walnut cylinder roll top secretary with the top section with adjustable shelves and an entirely locking piece of furniture! It has some Renaissance Revival and Eastlake properties of the 1870's and 1880's. There is some burled walnut on the panels and cylinder front and all else is solid walnut and pine secondary.

VICTORIAN MAHOGANY DEACONS / HALL BENCH & MIRROR

Here we have this Antique Victorian solid Mahogany deacon's or hall bench and matching mirror. This great matching deacon's bench and mirror will date to about 1900. The hanging mirror frame measures 45 1/2" wide by 31" high. The solid Mahogany frame features a broken pediment with a carved acanthus leaf and floral crest. The four original double hooks are in good condition, the bottom part of the lower left hand hook is missing. The original mirror shows some spotting and streaking consistent with its age but still bright and clear. The deacon's or hall bench is a separate piece and features the same broken pediment on the back as well as the carved acanthus leaf and floral crest. This bench also features tall crisply carved back posts which are capped off by carved floral heads and the lower section which meets the arms features carved palm fronds twisting around the posts. The heavy arms taper slightly out to the front of the bench where the front posts are decorated with the same carved floral heads. This bench has a lift open seat which is used for storage, the inside cupboard is very clean inside. The front feet are carved ball and claw. We have had the right hand side top of the center pediment professionally repaired. The deacon's bench measures 46 1/2" wide by 19 1/2" deep and 38 1/2" high. VICTORIAN MOTHER OF PEARL &SILVER CASED CUTLERY SERVICE

This is a gorgeous Mother of Pearl and Silver Plate cased service for six dating to around 1890. The set is quite beautiful and is in a lovely wood case lined with velvet and silky material. This set is marked on the knives GB & Co. (see photos), and the knives are engraved on both sides of the blade. The knives measure approx. 8" long, the forks 6-5/8" long, and the collars are unmarked so we must presume they are silver plate. The set is in very, very good condition with a small amount of wear on MOP handles, and the wood case measures approx. 11-1/4" x 9-1/4" x 2-1/4" high and shows some wear/scratching, and a shrinkage crack across the top as seen in the photos. If you love Mother of Pearl cutlery as much as I do, be sure to check my other auctions for more, and anyone will certainly save with combined shipping if they purchase more than one lot. These Two Victorian Gravy Boats are very unique with scrolling on the stands which are quite a heavy base holding the D style scrolled handle gravy boat perfectly for any table of any size. The neat part is you can use on hand or two to pass along the gravy down the table with ease. On the base there is an indent spot for a "warming candle" (not included) or a "Heating Element" to keep the liquid warm at all times . I can find no maker's mark on either pieces and they all do need a light cleaning. Each Gravy Boat measures 8 1/2 inches long 3 1/3 inches tall at the highest point with 4 peg like extensions that fit and brace rest on the Stand. View Photo's. Vintage Victorian Gas Style Glass Shades Chandelier

Stunning! This is a gorgeous vintage victorian gas style chandelier from the mid-late 20th century. The chandelier has been restored and features four gorgeous fleur di lis style glass shades. The centerpiece is all ornately embossed bronzework. The eight arms are scrolled with embossed accents. Just fabulous! Chandelier measures 21 inches high, 26 inches wide.
